I am so happy with my experience at Pure Electrolysis and my only regret is not starting the process sooner! Shannon is extremely knowledgable and organized, and the office is clean and welcoming. At the first appointment, she takes the time to explain the process in detail and set realistic expectations for the timeline. It can be a lengthy process to see permanent results, but is so worth it!

I went for my first treatment a few weeks ago and will be going for my next in a couple more weeks. It was overall a great experience, and I was much less red/swollen than expected following my electrolysis treatment. I got the electrolysis for chin/upper lip hair as well as some stray dark hairs in other spots. I'm already feeling more confident and happy about the hair removal!
