If this is your FIRST appointment with Pure, or it has been over 24 months since we’ve seen you, you must book a New Client Appointment. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to complete the paperwork which will be waiting for you outside the studio.

We reserve the right to move your appointment time up to 15 minutes to accommodate scheduling. Please double-check your appointment time on your 36-hour reminder email or text to ensure you arrive at the proper time.

Policies & Prices

Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.

There is a strict 24-hour cancelation and no-show policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the missed appointment time.
Appointments 90 minutes or more, require at least 48-hours’ notice of cancellation.
If you are running late, please text, appointments 30 minutes or longer are held for up to 15 minutes. After that, you may not be seen and will be charged.
You are responsible for appointment cancelations and changes. You can easily make these through your confirmation email or the online booking site if you have created an account. Texting or emailing us with your cancelation does not guarantee your appointment will be canceled on time.
No Shows and Late Cancels will be charged with the card on file. If your card is declined, there is a 5% added charge for the invoice which will be sent. No further bookings can be made with an outstanding balance.

New Client
